| Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be sent via USPS Priorty Mail based on the amount of your order. The flat-fee shipping ranges are as follows:
Notes: Rush Orders - Please e-mail us if you need your order expedited. We will make every effort to accommodate requests to rush an order, however unless you specifically e-mail us before placing your order and receive confirmation that we can in fact ship your order to be delivered by a certain date, all orders will be sent as soon as possible but not guaranteed. We will provide you with a quote for the additional cost of expediting your order with UPS, and if you agree, will place your order manually and send you an invoice through Paypal to complete and pay for your order. Please remember we are a volunteer-based organization. There may be times when our attention must be entirely devoted to the dogs we work so hard for and therefore there may be a slight delay in processing your order. Orders placed within a week of a holiday* may be subject to a delay. Thank you for your understanding.
International Orders - We will ship internationally, however orders shipped outside the U.S. will be subject to the current USPS First Class International rates based on the weight of your order, not the amount. Before placing an International order please send an e-mail with the item(s) you would like to order to: shop@adoptagrey.org so we can notify you of the shipping costs. If you are still interested in proceeding with the order we will place it manually and send you an invoice through Paypal to complete and pay for your order. *Orders placed less than three weeks before Christmas cannot be guaranteed. |
